Heaven Sent

From Begining to End my experience in purchasing my first Car was Grade A. It’s crazy because i randomly chose to go to this dealership BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. Elijah is the perfect person to deal with if your a young person trying to find a car he understands. Everybody was friendly and it’s all around a positive atmosphere. Easy Approval and they work within your budget as far as payments go. Few days with my car and I’m satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMENDED TO THOSE ATTEMPTING TO REBUILD/BUILD CREDIT !!!!!!!

AWESOME PLACE!!

Went in after getting denied by a couple of nearby dealers with little hope. Noel helped me out and was very professional in the way he handled my case. after waiting a while I was approved!!! also got a hookup with insurance. Very happy I came in today. I will recommend all my friends to hill side auto mall!!

Returning Customer

Im giving Hillside Auto Mall 5 Star rating. Five years ago I purchased a Honda Accord. The dealer and their customer service is wonderful I decided to return to purchase another vehicle for my daughter. After five years the sale guys may have change but the structure of the company remains strong. I highly recommend Hillside Auto Mall.

Great experience!!

Today I came in not expecting to actually leave with a car, but to price around so that I had an idea for what prices were. Noel was amazing throughout the entire process. This is my first car so I was a little skeptical about everything; but he took really great care of me and I felt at ease. I couldn't be any happier with the end results. Thank you Noel and Hillside Auto Mall! I am telling all my friends to come here!

The most trust worthy car dealership I ever dealt with

I am an active duty service member who is currently forward deployed to Japan. Long story short, I had to sell my 2008 Ford Edge on short notice, because my flight to Japan was within a week. The car was worth around $11000-$12000 according KBB. Went to various places in town and was offered offensive deals(including a different dealership in Jamaica that offered $5000 cash take it or leave it). Went to Hillside got a straight forward assessment on the price of the car. Since the car had a high mileage, it would be difficult to find financing. Instead, Hillside offered to sell the car on my behalf, and estimated that it would probably sell within 6-8 weeks. I had never heard of such arrangement, but went ahead with it anyways. Once I got to Japan, it was fairly hectic and I didn't think to check on the issue until about 5 weeks in. I sent out an email and got a response right away, reassuring me that they are actively trying to sell the car. A few weeks later, I got an email saying the car was sold. Soon enough I got a deposit in my checking account for an amount of $11500. To Hillside Auto: I really appreciate your professionalism and honesty. While everyone else around was trying to take advantage of my deployment, you actually stepped in to help out. Thank you so much!
